So last month 11/2017 they send me home with a list of things for me to fix and say "if you fix these and bring it back in, it will pass right." Word for word.

After explaining/fighting with them as to why that was a ridiculous suggestion, they finally agreed to taking a look at my Rogue. Turns out, after they saw what was wrong, they had to call the Nissan Headquarters who told them to replace my entire transmission and send mine to them so they could study it. So yes, it was something to worry about.

Great place. Wonderful salesmen, the do not nag or push you. They work with you. Best experience I have had getting a new vehicle.

So just a heads up, if you bring your car there with an issue. They aren't going to tell you about it unless "it is now past the factory definition of acceptable" ... it will stay secretly "borderline" until you've wasted a good amount of your time.

*Let it be known that originally they told me that the warranty I had on my car wasn't going to cover it until HQ told them to do the job for free. Thank goodness*

But I guess now that the warranty is over and I have to get them fixed, they've passed that line..... Seems legit.

Got an excellent deal on the exact truck I wanted. The entire staff is nice and always able go schedule service appointments at convenient times.

My warranty is now over and I had to bring my car in for a state inspection. WELL GUESS WHAT! Everything that we have told them that is wrong with the car, now "needs to be fixed" in order for it to pass inspection & they had they audacity to tell me that they told us before it needed to be fixed (ARE YOU KIDDING). Apparently, all the other times I brought it in, the problems were just "borderline" problems but instead of saying that, they said we were fine.

However, that's about all they have going for them. I have had nothing but trouble since I bought my car there in the summer of 2015. Either they just hire whoever walks in off the street or they just like to waste my time - I don't know.

UNTIL LAST MONTH!

Friendly and courteous , very professional. Good deals to be had

Service department is fantastic super nice and helpful

The day I bought my vehicle, it was making a weird noise on the way home. I contacted them the day of and they said it was nothing to worry about.. After my first trip with my car, I almost got in an accident because it kicked me out of cruise control and wouldn't let me accelerate as I was on a major road going up a mountain. We then contacted them again and their advice was that every once in a while I should pull over for 10-15 minutes so my engine can cool down.........Yes, that was their advice to me.

I ask them why that wasn't on the last report and they said "they were borderline bad last time, now they need to be fixed." ........ and what's worse is that my turn signal was bad when I brought it in last time and figured they'd fail me for it then, but they didn't fail me for that or even mention it. So my guess is they didn't even check it.

Since then, it's still a mess. I have brought my car to them a couple times within the warranty and they said nothing was wrong.

So I bring it home & park it for a month while my dad does all the fixes. We bring it back in... IT FAILED. Why did it fail? Because apparently now the brakes are bad and the turn signal is out.

First of all, the people are nice, I will give them that. So at least they have that going for them.
